10. CERTIFICATE AND LOG BOOK 10.1. COMPLETION CERTIFICATE 10.2. PERIODIC INSPECTION 10.3. LOG BOOK The log book should be readily available for examination by any duly authorised person. The log book should be used to record the following information:- a) Date of completion certificate including any certificate relating
to alterations and modifications. Note: The log book may also include pages relating to other safety and
fire prevention measures e.g. fire extinguisher installation and service
records, some detector installation and service records and all information
relating to risk areas and safety sign provisions. Details of replacements
to signs and excessively soiled or defaced markers may also be
noted in the log book. |
